All Parents/Volunteers must complete a "Criminal Background History Check" on line before participating with students during:  parties, field day, field trips, etc...  This process must be done EVERY YEAR.  Please make sure you click "SUBMIT" at the end of the application to ensure the application process is complete.  Before attending field trips, all parent/chaperones must obtain a "Field Trip Parent" sticker from the office.
