Answers
1)  Q What are the yellow Oaths and Affidavits for?
A
The yellow Oaths and Affidavits are to be signed after review of the PEIMS Reports from Edit Plus. All indicated Special Program staff should sign an Oath and Affidavit for his/her program prior to leaving for the end of the school year.
2)  Q Can I run my 306 today to send to Teachers before they leave?
A
Yes, you can run your 306 Special Programs report prior to the end of the school year in order for your staff to review the special populations coding for the 6th six weeks prior to the end of the school year, however, you will have to still re-run another report at the end of the year.
3)  Q How can I include medical in the Perfect Attendance Roster?
A
I've located two queries that you can use as a work around to get your perfect attendance roster.

The first query creates an "X" in the usercd8 field for every absence reason code indicated to be included in the query. (The idea is to not list the absence reason for any absences that you want to count for perfect attendance (e.g., M for MED)

The second query prints the roster of the students who would be considered for perfect attendance.
4)  Q When will they sign the 6th six weeks Oaths and Affidavits?
A
The six weeks Oaths & Affidavits will need to be signed before the teacher's leave for the year.
