Choral Festival; Monday night, April 3rd, 7:00 PM

On Monday, April 3rd, the
Choirs of the La
Porte Independent
School District will
present a Choral Festival with choirs from all the secondary schools. Choirs
from Baker Sixth Grade Campus, La Porte Junior High, Lomax Junior High, and
La Porte
High School will
participate.
The program starts at 7:00pm in the Sonja Angelo Theater and will feature individual choirs
from each school. The program will end with an inspiring version of the Pledge
of Allegiance sung by all three hundred and fifty singers together!
The Baker
sixth Grade Campus Choirs are directed by Mr. Bill Marshall. Mrs. Cynthia
Jackson is the director of choirs at both La Porte Junior High and Lomax Junior
High. The LPHS Choirs are directed by Sandra Strickhouser. Admission is free and
the community is invited. |
