Parents and Students,

La Porte ISD has put together a list of novels for summer reading for grades 6-12. All of these assignments are required elements for Pre-AP and AP classes. Even if your student is not in a Pre-AP or AP class, they are welcome to read any of the books on the lists. Your child might be able to conference with their English teacher next year over the books they read for some extra credit.
