Board President Green earns 'Master Trustee' ranking

 La Porte ISD School Board President Kathy Green will graduate from the Leadership TASB (Texas Association of School Boards) program as a Master Trustee on June 16 in San Antonio during a private dinner on the grounds of the Alamo.
Mrs. Green said she thinks the training she received will benefit her and any other school board member that chooses to attend. "This has been an amazing training program and I hope to encourage other board members to pursue Master Trustee certification."
Mrs Green is the only trustee from La Porte ISD ever to complete the TASB Level I Certification prior to enrolling in the Leadership TASB program. |
