Jamelle Hays, a 6'6 forward for the La Porte basketball team has signed a letter of intent to play college basketball at Richland College in Dallas. Jamelle was a 23 AAAAA all-district performer and helped lead the Bulldogs to a 28-10 record and a regional quarterfinal berth.
