The La Porte ISD Career and College Readiness Program is designed to prepare students for a seamless transition to post secondary opportunities. It does this by providing junior high students with rigorous, high quality, integrated academic challenges, as well as pre-professional experiences, and planning a sequence of courses. The Career and College Readiness Program is designed to result in students who are college and/or workforce ready upon graduation.
