Congratulations goes out to the Boy's Tennis Team as they collectively captured the District 22-5A Tennis Championships this last weekend.

CJ Martin and Jake Stamps fought it out for first and second place with CJ Martin claiming the district championship. Both CJ and Jake will represent La Porte at the regional meet next week.

In doubles action, Nate Brock and Jeramiah Turner took third place with a possible birth in the Regional Meet.

Congratulations CJ , Jake, Nate , Jeramiah , Tyler , Alex, Dalton, Steven; what a great year.

The Girls team lead by Jessie Hampton and Danny Ceron took third place in girls doubles with a possible birth into the Regional Meet also next week.

Great job by all players this week. La Porte was well represented.
