Letter to parents about immunizations required for 2010-2011

Attached is a letter from the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) addressed to parents of children entering grades K-12 for the 2010-2011 school year. The letter emphasizes the importance of not waiting until August to get required school immunizations, specifies the vaccine requirements for each grade level, and lists resources for parents who need additional information or assistance. Letters are provided in English and Spanish. |
