2010-2011 Campus Teachers of the Year announced

Congratulations to our La Porte ISD Campus Teachers of the Year! Below are the honorees selected by their respective schools this year:
Bayshore Elementary—Andrea Beaman
College Park Elementary—Jana Stutzman
Heritage Elementary—Cherie Steadman
Jennie Reid Elementary—Stephanie Barrera
La Porte Elementary—Angela Mascorro
Leo Rizzuto Elementary—Mona Gibbs
Lomax Elementary—Catherine Conklin
Baker Sixth Grade Campus—Anne Farley
La Porte Junior High –Yalonda Joseph
Lomax Junior High –Tina Imme
De Walt School—Wayne Drastata
La Porte High School—Becky Nail and Debbie Seibert
Beginning this year, two teachers from La Porte High School are being honored—one from the core areas, and one from non-core areas. The announcement of the District Elementary and District Secondary Teachers of the Year will be made at the annual Service Awards Celebration, which will be held on May 13 at La Porte High School Student Center.
