La Porte Bulldogs Varsity Football plays the South Houston Trojans in Bi-district playoffs

The La Porte Bulldog Football team beat Beaumont West Brook High School on Friday night by a score of 19 to 14. This win gave La Porte a 4-1 District 21-5A record with an overall record of 8-2 for the year. The Bulldogs are the 2nd place team in District 21-5A behind Galena Park, North Shore High School. The Bulldogs are the Division 2 winners for 21-5A in the State High School Playoff Bracket.
The Bulldogs will play host to the South Houston Trojans in the Bi-district round of the playoffs on Friday, November 12, 2010, at 7:00 pm at Galena Park ISD Stadium, 15025 Wallisville Road, Houston 77049, adjacent to North Shore Senior High School. Pre-sale tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, at the PEC Ticket office from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. On Wednesday and Thursday tickets will go on sale from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. On Friday the tickets will be sold from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. Pre-sale prices are $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students. Tickets at the gate will be $7.00 across the board. Make sure you get your pre-sale tickets so you will not have to pay the gate price. Go dogs! Beat South Houston! |
