Precautionary lockdown lifted at Rizzuto Elementary and Jennie Reid Elementary

This morning at approximately 11 a.m., La Porte ISD implemented a precautionary lockdown at Rizzuto Elementary and Reid Elementary due to an ongoing police response in the area. We want to assure parents that this was strictly precautionary, and the lockdown was lifted at approximately 11:40 a.m. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. |
