La Porte ISD will offer student athletic physicals from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at the La Porte High School main gym.

Cost is $20 per athlete, cash only. EKG screenings are available for an additional $5.

Physicals are needed for students who participate in athletics (grades 7 through 12, boys and girls) as well as in band, cheer, Chatos and ROTC.
