KPRC Channel 2 Weatherman Wes Hohenstein flew over to
Baker Sixth Grade Campus in the Channel 2 chopper to award the Sunshine Award to
Baker's Teacher of the Year, Lois Rogerson!
The nomination was started by Jourdan
Wilke, a student at Baker and it took off from there. Channel 2 received
so many nominations for Ms. Rogerson that they could not resist coming to visit!
Ms. Rogerson has taught at Baker for twenty
four years and is the champion cheerleader of her students! Baker is
honored to have her. Channel 2 will air the sunshine award Tuesday the
19th from 5 to 7 am and from 4-5 pm.
