The detailed information of these changes is posted below in the Nutrition Department letters available in both English and Spanish.

Character Edna’s Buzzword for the Week of April 1 - April 5

“The secret to a good life is to have the right loyalties and to hold them in the right scale of values” – Norma Throne.

Our last “Buzz” word that accompanies our “Bee” word “Honest” is “Loyalty”.  Loyalty means protecting and supporting your family, friends, school, and country, unless it is something that is wrong.  For example keeping your mouth closed when you are angry, so you don’t say mean things about your friends.  Sticking up for a friend, being faithful to them, as well as forgiving and forgetting the mistakes friends make are all ways to demonstrate loyalty.  Be loyal to your friends and they will be loyal to you.
